Week 22

22 weeks already?! Wow! Time really is flying by. I can't believe I'm more than halfway through my pregnancy. As Ben mentioned in our last post, we're having a little girl!! I am so excited and am having to restrain myself from buying every cute little girl thing I see.

I am now able to feel her move around, which is an incredible feeling. She's most active in the morning, right after lunch and before I go to bed at night. Ben has been able to feel her once, but I think he's really looking forward to Melon getting bigger and kicking harder so that he can share in the experience. :)

Well, he won't have to wait too long... she's definitely getting bigger! I've finally popped to the point where people can visibly tell I'm pregnant and not afraid to ask when I'm due. This is the most I've ever weighed so I'm trying to get used to the extra weight (my poor feet) and the fact that my belly is often in the way when I try to do things (tying shoes is becoming increasingly more difficult). But, I'll try to keep my complaining to a minimum.
